What is Smoke on the Water Co?
Smoke on the Water is a dream come true for Tia. We are a production wine and cider facility located in a renovated fire hall on the North side of beautiful Trout Lake in Coleraine, MN.
We have a wood fire kitchen with delicious and approachable pizzas and an evolving menu. We also have a specialty bar with handcrafted seasonal cocktails and mocktails, wine, ciders and beer.
Smoke on the Water Co is truly the winery the community built. From the barrel sponsorships that helped purchase the building to the Smoke Show VIP memberships and the community members buying stock, the community has been involved every step of the way. Smoke on the Water is going to be amazing because of everyone's belief in my dream. I can't say thank you enough and I will work very hard to make you all proud.
