Smoke on the Water Co
We are a small, woman-owned business and a dream come true. We are located in a refurbished fire hall on the north side of Trout Lake in Coleraine. Our dog-friendly deck overlooks the water, providing a great place for everyone to relax.
We aim to be a production winery and cider house, offering a thoughtfully crafted and rotating menu of wood-fired food and handcrafted cocktails. Our wines are produced with the support of our friends at Everly Winery and North Shore Winery. While we are in the process of building our production, we invite you to enjoy our current selection of six wines. We appreciate your feedback to help us decide what new options to add as we grow.

Our Wines
Bringing our wines home has been quite a journey. As a small business owner, I've learned a great deal, invested a significant amount of time, shed many tears, brainstormed with numerous individuals, and worked tirelessly.

Thanks to the support from our friends at Everly Winery and North Shore Winery, our wines are finally here. For a year and a half, our grape juice patiently awaited direction from the state of Minnesota.

Now, we're excited to share what we've created with friends! We look forward to your input on new wine ideas and hope you'll help us choose some of your favorites. Your support will help us fill our tanks and commence the production of wine and cider in our beautiful facilities.
