Smoke on the Water Co

is a small, woman owned business and dream.  Smoke on the Water is located in a refurbished fire hall on the North side of Trout Lake in Coleraine.  We have a dog friendly deck on the water. 

We set out to be a production winery and cider with a crafted, rotating menu of wood fire food and crafted cocktails.  Recently we had to switch to Seltzer production, but are excited to have hand-crafted beverages for you soon. We are warm, casual and friendly.
